Reed's Story
A life of passion, dedication, and extraordinary character

Reed Rohlman, along with his sisters, Erica and Sylvia, was raised in South Carolina by his mother, Jennifer, and late father, Erik. Reed's passion for baseball began at the age of four, and it was clear from the start that he had a natural gift.
By the time he was sixteen, he had committed to Clemson University, where he went on to become a two-time All-American. His talent and dedication continued to shine as he was later drafted by the Kansas City Royals in 2017.

"Reed was an exceptional athlete, but even more so, he was an extraordinary person."
After his baseball career, Reed moved to Jupiter, Florida, where he began a new chapter with his girlfriend, Emma, and their dog, Roscoe. He quickly fell in love with the coastal community and the simple joys of life there—spending time on the water, playing baseball in local leagues, and giving back through the Miracle League Foundation.
Reed's love for the game was undeniable, but it was his warmth, humility, and generosity that truly defined him.
Tragically, Reed lost his life at the young age of 29 in March 2024, when an impaired driver caused the accident that took him from us far too soon. He leaves behind his mother, Jennifer; his sisters, Erica (and her husband, Aaron) and Sylvia; his beloved nieces and nephews—Atlas, Veda, Jeanie, and Archer; his girlfriend, Emma Vollbracht; their dog, Roscoe; countless friends; and his best friend, Jordan Coker.

The Foundation
In honor of Reed's incredible life and the impact he made on everyone who knew him, Emma, Jordan, and Reed's family came together to establish The Reed Rohlman Foundation. The foundation's mission is to carry forward Reed's legacy by empowering young baseball athletes through college scholarships and supporting families in need who have been affected by impaired drivers.
Through this work, Reed's love for baseball, his compassion for others, and his remarkable spirit continue to inspire and make a difference in the lives of many.
